CPCP did a great job staining my house recently. I got several bids for the project and chose CPCP based on fairness of the estimate and clear communications with the owner. Working with Doug has been a pleasure, from beginning to end. He and his crew showed up when expected and did the work on schedule. When small issues arose (as they always will on a big project), Doug and his team took care of them quickly no questions asked. They did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied with the results--and it worked! I'm very impressed with their work and work ethic. I have recommended CPCP to neighbors and plan to hire them again for another upcoming project.

Doug was extremely courteous. We unexpectedly had some scheduling conflicts, and he was very understanding and rescheduled the end of the job for us. Our painter, Luis, was very professional and did such an amazing job. Luis paid a lot of attention to some very small details that I hadn't originally considered, but they made a big impact once he was finished.

Excellent service and a great finished product. I have some more projects that I will definitely call Doug for when we are ready.

Colorado Painting and Construction Pros were hired to paint our 4-story exterior metal fire escape, bike rack, railings, and more. The building is on the Historical Society, so we have to be mindful of who we hire. They were reasonably priced, very approachable and responsive, and answered all of our questions. Working with Doug and his crew was great. Of course, with a job this big, there will be some missed spots. Doug made sure that there was someone out the very next day to fix any missed spots. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone who wants honest pricing and quality work.

We are so happy we used Colorado painting and construction Pros. Our first meeting with Doug left us feeling confident they were confident, knowledgeable, professional and eager to complete the job. We did our due diligence and got several quotes. They weren’t the highest or the lowest, our gut said they’d do it right. Which is so important on a big investment like painting your house.

Donald was our painter and he showed up everyday day with a great attitude and worked so hard. I loved when he was finishing up he asked us to walk the house and make sure he didn’t miss a spot! He cleaned up at the end of each day.

We are so pleased with the completed job!
