Our job is never finished until you are 100% satisfied — every project concludes with a final inspection where you walk the property with us to review every detail, address touch-ups and confirm that everything meets your expectations.

Full property protection
Shrubs, landscaping, roofing, concrete and stone are protected with canvas drop cloths, paper and plastic from start to finish.
Thorough pressure washing
All wood and paintable surfaces are washed with mild detergent, mildew treatment or solvent to remove dirt, grease, mildew and chalking.
Daily clean-up & communication
Each day ends with a clean-up, organised tools, debris removed and a walk-around to review progress and the next day's plan.
Scraping loose paint
All failing or loose paint is carefully scraped away to create a stable surface for new coatings.
Sanding & surface smoothing
Rough edges are sanded smooth and glossy surfaces dulled so new paint bonds correctly.
Priming bare surfaces
Exposed wood and metal are primed with the appropriate primer for long-lasting adhesion and to prevent future peeling.
Caulking & gap sealing
Loose caulking is removed and replaced and open gaps sealed against rainwater, insects and moisture.
Nail resetting & repairs
Loose nails are reset and holes re-puttied to restore structural integrity and appearance.
Window glazing repairs
Loose or missing glaze is replaced and wood sash primed to extend the life of the glazing compound.
Premium paint application
Exterior surfaces are typically sprayed for even coverage; trim and detail areas are brushed or rolled for precision.
Test patches & colour assurance
Up to 9 test patches are applied to your home so you can view colours in different light. Labelled touch-up paint is left for you.
Final inspection & guarantee
We walk the property with you to identify touch-ups and requests, ensuring the job is completed to your total satisfaction.
